(Traumatic Brain Injury - TBI) Cindy Luu suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in 2007 when she was hit head-on at a stoplight. She had just graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Criminology. Cindy has no memory of her life before the accident. She has worked hard to regain her independence and travels an hour each way via public transportation to go to her job. In October 2019 she was able to move into an independent living home.

Cindy’s been a client of Fighting Back for more than three years and her work ethic and determination are second to none.
