Fighting Back Scholarship Program Recieves mention on
WPVI, Channel 6 on the passing of Dana Reeve.

Fighting Back was saddened to learn about the passing of Dana Reeve. For the second year in a row, Fighting Back has been awarded a Quality of Life Grant from the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation.

Ms. Reeve became the foundation's chairwoman after her husband's death in 2004. She was responsible for developing the foundation's Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Resource Center, and for a program that has distributed more than $8 million for projects that improve the daily lives of people with paralysis.

Fighting Back board member Vince E. Bendinelli was interviewed as part of a story which aired on WPVI, Channel 6 on March 7, 2006.
